PHARRELL WILLIAMS MAKING SWEET MUSIC FOR OSCAR Pharrell Williams has been hired as a music consultant for the 2012 Academy Awards. According to the Hollywood Reporter, he’ll be working with one of his mentors, Hans Zimmer, so the show will combine Zimmer’s “flair for the classical with P’s R&B and hip-hop sensibilities.” The 84th annual Academy Awards will air on February 26th on ABC. –Rahim Wright
